Biography

Darragh began at St Kevin’s Boys; his early flair was evident during his victorious campaign at the Ravenna European Cup, where he scored the winning goal in the final. Burns furthered his development at St Patrick’s Athletic, transitioning into senior football signing his first professional contract in 2020.

After a stint with Milton Keynes Dons, where he continued to make his mark despite the team’s struggles, Darragh joined Shamrock Rovers on loan for 2024. Internationally, Burns has represented both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at youth levels, ultimately opting to represent the Republic of Ireland.
