Tallaght Stadium is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art stadium, which hosts Shamrock Rovers home games. The stadium, which is owned and run by South Dublin County Council, is best known for being the home of Ireland’s most successful football club Shamrock Rovers. Located close to the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, Tallaght Stadium has also hosted other sports ranging from American Football and Rugby to Archery.
With a capacity of 8000 covered seats, Tallaght Stadium provides unrivalled comfort and facilities in the League of Ireland.
BUSDublin Bus & Go Ahead have numerous buses that either stop at or go through Tallaght via The Square Shopping Centre. The Stadium is located a 5 minute walk east once you depart the bus. Take the Luas to its final destination, Tallaght, which is outside of the Square Shopping Centre. The Stadium is located 5 minutes walk from the tram stop. Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access is available at Tallaght Stadium. For Health & Safety reasons wheelchair access to the stadium MUST be processed through the Club Office and approved prior to your visit. All applications for disabled access should be directed to the Club Office at the Stadium. Our event controller will make the necessary arrangements for you on matchday. Animals are not allowed in Tallaght Stadium, however, an exception is made for guests with service animals. Please contact reception at 01 0872513549 if any accommodations are required.
Emergencies
Tallaght Stadium team members have been trained in emergency preparedness including the appropriate ways to evacuate disabled guests.
