Biography

A product of the Middlesbrough academy, Connor arrived in the League of Ireland with a high pedigree, having made his senior Championship debut for his boyhood club against Rotherham United. Following loan spells in the English lower leagues, he made the permanent switch to Ireland in 2023, quickly establishing himself as one of the division’s standout midfielders during spells with Dundalk and Sligo Rovers.

Since moving to Tallaght in summer 2025, Malley has utilized his 6ft frame and technical grace to dominate the engine room. Capable of breaking lines with powerful runs and precise passing, he offers a unique blend of physicality and creativity that adds a crucial dimension to the Rovers midfield.
