We are delighted to announce the signing of Jayne Merren to our Women’s First Team squad. The 21 year old goalkeeper returns to Tallaght following spells with Wexford & Galway United. 

Speaking on Jayne’s arrival at Rovers, Head Coach James O’Callaghan said: ”We’re delighted to welcome Jayne Merren back to the club. Jayne joins us from Galway and is a talented young goalkeeper who knows the club well from her previous spell here. After spending some time out through injury, it’s great to see her back fit and ready to contribute. She has excellent potential, and we’re looking forward to working with her again for the remainder of the season.”

Jayne will wear the number 38 shirt and will be available for selection for Saturday’s Club Orange Women’s FAI Cup Quarter Final against Athlone Town
