Shamrock Rovers is delighted to announce the extension of its partnership with Blake Brothers, a local, Irish owned, family business who will continue to serve as the front-of-shirt sponsor for the Shamrock Rovers Women’s team throughout the 2024 and 2025 seasons. This partnership signifies a shared commitment to the growth and development of women’s football, reflecting the values of both Shamrock Rovers and Blake Brothers. As part of this renewed collaboration, Blake Brothers has pledged to take an innovative step in supporting the advancement of women’s football by covering the cost of €10 on the sale of the Women’s team jerseys sold this year. This financial commitment from Blake Brothers will be reinvested directly into the development of the underage League of Ireland Women’s team squads within our academy.

Commenting on the extended partnership, Rían Wogan, Commercial Partnership Manager at Shamrock Rovers, expressed gratitude for the continued support from Blake Brothers. “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Blake Brothers. Everyone at Blake Brothers shares our passion for growing women’s football in Ireland. They have generously offered to cover a portion of the cost of a jersey to lower the price for fans; this money will then be reinvested directly into the underage Women’s teams within our academy. We are looking forward to building on our relationship in the coming years.”
Blake Brothers, known for its commitment to community initiatives and supporting local sports, sees this partnership extension as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the progress of women’s football. Sean Blake, owner of Blake Brothers, stated, “We are proud to continue our partnership with Shamrock Rovers and to play a role in the growth of women’s football. By covering a portion of the cost of each Women’s team jersey sold, we aim to not only support the team on the field but also invest in the future of women’s football at the grassroots level. We believe in the power of sport to inspire and empower, and we look forward to witnessing the positive impact of this collaboration.”
