Tá lúcháir ar Chumann Sacair Ruagairí na Seamróige a fhógairt go bhfuil athnuachan á dhéanamh ar ár gcomhpháirtíocht le Foras na Gaeilge, an comhlacht poiblí atá freagrach as cur chun cinn na Gaeilge ar fud oileán na hÉireann. Is cloch mhíle thábhachtach é seo inár dtiomantas i leith an cultúr Gaelach agus an oidhreacht Ghaelach a chur chun cinn tríd an spórt.

Mar an cumann sacair is rathúla in Éirinn, táimid an-bhródúil as ár gcaidreamh le Foras na Gaeilge agus a gcuid oibre chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn. Tá ag éirí go geal lenár gcomhpháirtíocht ón tús, agus tá ríméad orainn leanúint ar aghaidh ag obair le chéile chun an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn sna blianta seo romhainn.

Tríd an athnuachan ar ár gcomhpháirtíocht le Foras na Gaeilge beimid ag leanúint ar aghaidh ag obair le chéile chun deiseanna fiúntacha a chruthú do dhaoine Gaeilge a fhoghlaim agus a úsáid, agus tábhacht chultúrtha na teanga a chur chun cinn sa phobal sacair. Tríd an gcomhpháirtíocht seo, tá súil againn grá don Ghaeilge agus don chultúr Gaelach a spreagadh.

Ag labhairt faoin gcomhpháirtíocht dó, dúirt Bainisteoir Comhpháirtíochta Trádála Ruagairí na Seamróige, Rían Wogan, “Tá bród orainn go bhfuil comhpháirtíocht chomh láidir sin againn le Foras na Gaeilge, agus tá lúcháir orainn ár dtiomantas do chur chun cinn na Gaeilge trínár spórt a athnuachan. Mar chumann, táimid tiomanta do phlé leis an bpobal agus an cultúr Gaelach agus an oidhreacht Ghaelach a chur chun cinn, agus is cuid thábhachtach de seo é ár gcomhpháirtíocht le Foras na Gaeilge.”

“Tá bród orainn tacú le cumann a chuir úsáid na Gaeilge chun cinn trí ábhar scríofa, na meáin shóisialta agus, chomh maith leis sin, trí chomharthaíocht dhátheangach eiseamláireach ag Staid Thamhlachta. Tá an Ghaeilge anois mar dhlúthchuid de shaol an uile lae i dTamhlacht agus tá súil againn úsáid na Gaeilge a mhéadú le Ruagairí na Seamróige agus le muintir na háite le linn 2023.”

Bainisteoir Cumarsáide Fhoras na Gaeilge, Anna Davitt

Táimid ag súil le leanúint ar aghaidh lenár gcomhpháirtíocht le Foras na Gaeilge agus le teanga agus cultúr na Gaeilge a chur chun cinn inár bpobal.
