Since the beginning of this year, Shamrock Rovers IT Services have been managed by Business IT Solutions ( The IT firm oversees all aspects of the club’s back-office setup, known as “Managed Services”.

In their role as the Official IT partner of Shamrock Rovers, have greatly improved how Rovers staff interact with the club’s IT systems by providing instant support to everyday issues such as password resets, mailbox queries, and laptop difficulties. To that end, have rolled out software that automatically logs tickets and proactively looks for issues on the network and devices used by the staff. also provide Shamrock Rovers with all their Microsoft licensing requirements.

Another hugely important aspect of this partnership is cyber security. A proactive software service runs patching on all devices, and have implemented cyber security solutions to help minimise and prevent Ransomware attacks. This is done by keeping systems updated, educating staff, and enhancing security such as multi-factor authentication on email accounts.
