Ticket Exchange
The meeting point for ticket exchange will be at Foley’s Pub (Address: Recollettenlei 10, 9000 Gent, Belgium) in Ghent from 12pm to 3:30pm on match day (Thursday 15th). Please have your voucher and ID ready for inspection. Voucher does not need to be printed; we will scan it before checking ID. Ticket vouchers will only scan once. There will also be a ticket exchange at the ground at Entrance G from 5:15pm to 6pm for late arrivals. There is no possibility of ticket exchange after 6pm so please ensure you make one of the two ticket exchange windows. Ticket exchange will be done by Rovers staff.

Getting to the stadium
The stadium is accessible via public transport- bus 8 and bus 19 go directly from the city centre.
The fan walk-up meeting point is Kouter Square at 4:15PM for a 4:30PM departure. Belgian Police will escort fans out to The Ghelamco Arena. Please be respectful of surroundings when walking. Please take instructions of police along the way.
Please note that the distance from the city centre to the stadium is 4.5 km. It should take just over an hour to walk.

Accessing the stadium
Gates will open at 17.15 for an 18.45 kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before kick-off. All fans will be searched. Bags larger than A4 will not be allowed. Alcohol, bottles, glasses and cans are also forbidden.
Pyro is strictly forbidden, and we would ask all Rovers fans to respect this – the fines for the club can be considerable. Pyro dogs will be in operation before the search on entry. There is an amnesty bin just before the search/gate and after that, anyone caught with Pyro will be arrested.

Inside the Stadium
Hot food, and soft drinks will be available for sale at concession stands. They will close 15 minutes after half-time. All concession stands accept both cash and card payment. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the stadium. A smoking area is provided outside the away fans’ entrance and can be accessed during the game.

Post-Match
Complimentary shuttle buses will be provided to bring Rovers fans back to the city centre after the game
