In these uncertain times we have had to adopt a different structure around Season Tickets. With no certainty on admission levels, we need to be adaptive and have an agile plan in place that allows us to scale up as the restrictions reduce.
In recognition of the loyalty shown by our 2020 Season Ticket Holders, we are extending this offer exclusively to all existing 2020 Season Ticket Holders with the hope that all will renew and stay on the priority list for the return of fans to games at Tallaght Stadium.
With your support in buying a 2021 ticket, you are helping us build on the league success of 2020 with budget support to Stephen Bradley and the management team to retain our best talent and indeed allow the prospect of adding further to our very talented squad. We always strive to improve; with the support of season ticket buyers, we can do so.
Pricing: Adults €150 / Students & Seniors €75 / Children U14 €20 – CLICK HERE TO BUY
This offer is inclusive of the €10 retail voucher & €20 ST reduction that was included in the July restart package i.e. pricing is modelled to include the earlier commitments. We also hope to offer a 2021 match streaming service (still in talks with FAI) to STH for matches that have restricted capacity.
We want you to see as many home matches as possible in Tallaght Stadium. The commitment at this stage is that members have first access on the basis of their €600 p/annum contribution to the club and after that, once attendances are allowed greater than 500 spectators (current level 1 maximum), we then commence providing e-tickets to ST buyers using a rota of all STH on a match-by-match basis.
Our expected numbers would be that approx. 30% of all STHs will have access in a 1,000-capacity level scenario, 93% of all STHs will have access in a 2,000-capacity level scenario with a 100% attendance in a 2,500-capacity level.
All renewals must be made online, these are not available to renew over the phone or email. Purchases made before midnight on Tuesday Dec 15th will go in the pre-Christmas post on Dec 18th. SRFC cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas by An Post but can say they will be posted in advance of the An Post cut-off point for Christmas.
STHs also have the opportunity to click the collect at stadium option whereby you can call and collect your ST at the Megastore on Wednesday 23rd December. This is the only available date for collection and we will extend the Megastore hours that day. All purchasers will receive an email confirming their ST purchase which can be used in Xmas gift should you miss the card printing deadline of midnight on 15th December.
Any ST’s renewals purchased Wednesday December 16th onwards will be printed in January and posted or available for collection depending on the option selected before the end of January 2021.
All of the squad and management team want to see you back at the games as soon as is possible and we will endeavour to do this as early as possible.
Thank you again for your support of Ireland’s No.1!
Qst: Why can’t I buy my Season Ticket in the Megastore?
Ans: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, only 5 customers are allowed in the Megastore at one time. We are keeping the Megastore free for retail only by moving ST renewals exclusively online.
Qst: Is this offer open to new season ticket holders?
Ans: Not at the moment. For now, this is renewals for 2020 ST Holders only. Should government guidelines permit greater than 2,500 we will launch a revised 2021 ST offer for new buyers.
Qst: Can I choose to sit anywhere in the stadium?
Ans: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, track and trace requirements, and social distancing guidelines – anyone attending a match must be assigned a seat.
Qst: Where do I give my Stand preference and identify who I am able to sit with?
Ans: When we get closer to matches, 2021 ST holders will be asked to choose their stand preference and identify friends and family in their Ticketing Account.
Qst: What is the difference between Reserved and Unreserved seating?
Ans: With Unreserved seating, your seat will be assigned for you. With Reserved seating, you will be given an option to choose your seat. While we endeavour to give you the exact seat you request, it may not be possible and one nearby may be assigned instead.
Qst: We usually attend as family group. Can we sit together?
Ans: Yes, subject to government guidelines at the time. You will be contacted to identify members of your family/household at a later date.
Qst: I am a 2020 ST holder and have a family member who wants to join me this year as a new ST holder. Are they allowed to sign up?
Ans: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request this. They will be added to a waiting list and when we are closing ST Renewals, they will get first access to a ST – provided we have space from non-renewals.
Qst: Who will be able to attend matches if there is a limit on number of fans allowed in?
Ans: Members will be given first access. A ballot system will be used thereafter for general season ticket holders and rotated each home match.
Qst: When will I know what matches I will be able to attend?
Ans: The club will communicate with all 2021 ST buyers to advise them of the games they have been allocated.
Qst: How do I get my match ticket?
Ans: An e-ticket will be emailed in advance of each match that you are selected to attend. This cannot be switched with another game.
Qst: How do I use my ST voucher and Retail voucher from the July Restart Package towards my 2021 ST renewal?
Ans: No need to do anything. The reduced 2021 Season Ticket pricing is inclusive of these vouchers.
Qst: Can I get a refund for my Season Ticket if I do not get into some matches?
Ans: All 2021 Season Tickets are non-refundable. We have reflected the risk of missing matches in our pricing for the 2021 season.
