We’re delighted to announce the date of this year’s George Byrne Memorial Quiz Night — happening Saturday, 17th January 2025 at 6pm in the Maldron Hotel, Tallaght.

Since 2016, this quiz night has been a fantastic way to remember a fellow Hoop, kick off the new season, and get to know our double-winning Men’s First Team ahead of the 2026 season.

Gather your brightest teammates, test your general knowledge, and compete for the top spot and great prizes!

Teams consist of five players — four Rovers fans plus a member of the squad or management team. If you’d like to take part as an individual, we’ll match you with a team.

We invite all supporters and friends of George Byrne to join us for a lively, competitive evening. Entry is €20 per person, and tickets are available at the link below.
