Shamrock Rovers FC is hiring a Head of Academy Coaching to lead the development of our academy coaches and drive player development strategies. This full-time role requires a UEFA A Licence (Elite A/AYA preferred) and experience in an academy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coach development and support phase lead coaches.
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies and CPD programs.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance player performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner and affiliate clubs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for coach development and player progression.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of FAI, LOI, and player development structures.
