Shamrock Rovers F.C. is delighted to assist club charity partner, Dublin’s Simon Community to generate awareness and entries for the next hugely important fundraiser – the Dublin Simon Home Run.

Our U19 players Jaime Thompson and Cian Curtis were along for the launch photocall at the Phoenix Park.

The Dublin Simon Home Run is back in the Phoenix Park for its 39th year on October 1st!

After two years with no race, Dublin’s Simon Community is calling on runners and supporters to dedicate “45 minutes of hope” by participating in this year’s 5-mile (8k) run, which falls at a time when we are seeing record-breaking levels of homelessness across our beautiful city and beyond.

By taking part, you can help the most vulnerable people in our community to find their way home.

Register now at www.dubsimon.ie to avail of the early bird offer. Entries cost €20 until August 31st and €28 thereafter. Dublin Simon Home Run 2022 t-shirts are also available to purchase on the website for €10.

All funds raised through registration and t-shirt sales will go directly towards supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan.

We encourage as many Rovers fans as possible to get involved in the Run!
