The Members Club has taken on to reignite the Forever In Time ‘brick in the wall’ concept that was originally launched ahead of the planned move into Tallaght Stadium 25 years ago.

The idea behind the concept was to allow supporters to purchase a brick that would commemorate themselves or a deceased family member who followed Rovers, and at the time, would be a source of revenue to the football club.

We have been given permission by SDCC to resurrect the project and we thank Nicola Coffey, stadium manager, who has been very supportive.

We have been allocated a section of the internal side of the wall behind the South Stand. We are finalising tenders to appoint a contractor to start work in the next 8 weeks. This will be a significant addition to Tallaght Stadium and fitting that we get it done as we mark 125 years since the foundation of the club.

At this stage, we are reaching out to those who previously purchased a brick. It is the intention of the members club to recognise the payments made by all who purchased between 1999-2002. We have been provided with a record of purchases made over this 3-year period. This amounts to approx. 200 people who paid €100 each. We need these people to contact us by 31st March by email to [email protected]

The cost of an engraved, granite brick will be €250, any profits will go to the members club.

After we deal with the original brick in the wall purchasers, this will then go to the membership, and subject to availability, to the general fanbase.
We will be in touch early in April for stage 2 which will be reaching out to club members with this offer.
