The Academy is continually looking to improve and grow and has appointed Aidan Price as Head of Coaching within the Academy.

With a solid Rovers pedigree from his playing days and more recently coaching various underage teams at the club, Aidan has been promoted to Head of Coaching at our Academy.

Aidan made 120 appearances for the Hoops playing as club captain under manager Pat Scully in 2006 winning the First Division and was the club Player of the Year. Price finished at Rovers in 2010 when he was part of Michael O’Neill’s Premier Division-winning side.

A Pro Licence holder, Price is an integral part of the Academy and has been in a number of coaching positions at the Academy since 2015 winning the inaugural U17 National League. Aidan has also headed up our U19s, and U13s and was the Head Coach of the Rovers II team in the First Division in 2020.
