Carol ConlonDefenderSigned September 2011 and vice captain of the Womens Team. A key member to the team, Carols attitude and approach to the game are exemplary and she is a player that all the young players look up to. Previous clubs: St Pats, Arsenal, Chelsea, Leyton Orient, Greenpark, Fettercairn Ladies. 14 senior international caps. Represented Ireland at u/16,17,18,19. Won F.A cup medals and league cups with Arsenal. Won Gothia Cup and Dana Cup with Ireland u/19.
Aishling CusackMidfielderSigned September 2011. Previous clubs: Lakelands FC, Terenure FC. Student at Tallaght IT and in receipt of sports scholarship at the IT. Winner of DWSL League at both previous clubs.
Jessica DillonWingerPrevious Club: Brookfield. Jess is the youngest member of the squad and infact so young that she cant play until she reaches her 16th birthday. A very talented player who is on the FAI emerging talent programme. As a local girl and with her love of the game, there will be a long and successful career for her at Rovers.
Zara DillonDefenderLocal girl who signed in September 2011. Zara is the older cousin of Jessica and is already known for her tough tackling but its backed up with a technical ability that will see her have a long career in the Rovers shirt as she gains more experience. Previous clubs: Brookfield Celtic. Achievements: Brookfield Most Improved player 2009 and won the All-Ireland Cup in 2010.
Paula DoranDefenderSigned in January 2011 from Peamount Utd. Previous Clubs: Peamount, St Josephs, St Francis.. Paula is another up and coming young player who is versatile in a number of positions. Still inexperienced but has shown huge potential and with further development will be another long term player at the club. Achievements: Won all Ireland with Joeys in 2011 summer, played in Gaynor Cup with Dublin last year and previous years 2010, 2009. ![]() Michelle DunneMidfielderPrevious Clubs: Templeogue Utd, Manortown Utd. International: 3 caps U/17. Honours/achievements: DWSL Major winner 2010 (Templeogue), Gaynor Cup Winner, Leinster/All Ireland winner underage.
Joanne EnnisMidfielderSigned in September 2011. Previous club: Fettercairn. Jo has brought a huge amount of experience to the younger players at the club and is a role model for the younger girls in the team. Her attitude and work rate is fantastic and has been a huge bonus for the club having a player of her calibre about. Youth international under 16/18.
Lyndsey HaydenDefenderSigned in September 2011. Previous clubs: Kilmore FC, Baldoyle United FC, Rivervally Rangers FC and Belvedere FC. A resident of the north side of Dublin, Lyndsey caught the eye of the coaching staff at day one of the open trials. A midfielder converted to a full back, she has really developed her game to deal with the demands of the league.
Bethany HouldsworthDefenderSigned in September 2011. The 2nd youngest member of the squad. Bethany is by number our 2nd choice Goalkeeper, simply because she has been unlucky not to get a start. The dedication that she gives the club in travelling up from Longford each week shows her determination to succed. As players go, she has a wonderful attitude and without doubt will have a long and successful career at the club. Former Club: Longford town. Played with the Irish schools, won the national cup in 2010, played with leinster schools, played in previous 3 gaynor cups. ![]() Rachael JenkinsForwardSigned from Peamount Utd in September 2011. Rachael brings with her a huge amount of experience and success. A fast tricky player with an eye for goal. Rachael is a native of Bray but travels from Wexford for training and is another player that is giving a huge commitment to the Club. Previous Club: Peamount Utd, St catherines, UCD. Nominated FAI International under 19 Player of the year - 2003. Senior Cap - Faroe Islands. Womens Champions League last 32 - Peamount United 2011. Represented Ireland at World Student Games: South Korea - 2003, Turkey - 2007, Serbia- 2009. DIT Sports Personality of the year - 2008. League winners / Cup winners- UCD, Peamount United.
Amy KellyForwardSigned December 2011. Previous Club: Ballyoulster united. Received a scholarship to Missouri Baptist university and played there for four years. Amy became available in December but after not playing for nearly 6 months is still working towards full fitness. A player with good ability.
Aoife MoloneyWingerAnother local girl who previously played with Brookfield Celtic. Position right wing. Numerous player of the year and top goal awards along with a 2009 Junior Cup all Ireland medal.
Niamh NolanDefenderSigned September 2011. Previous Clubs: St Francis & Leixlip Utd. Represented Ireland at Under 19s. Student at IT Carlow on the FAI Football Course. As football players go, Niamh is the model player in her approach to the game. A versatile player who has over a bad injury in pre season. A long career at the Club awaits her.

Previous Clubs: Tullamore FC, Killeigh FC, St. Francis FC, Longford Town. Grainne although one of the youngest members of the squad has been one of the leading lights in commitment and dedication. Travelling up from Tullamore and never misses a session, its no wonder that her game has improved dramatically in a short space of time. There is no doubt that Grainne will be a Rovers player for many years to come. International Appearances: 1 (Ireland Under 17s). Honours/Achievements: Junior Golfer of the Year 2010, Player of the Season in Tullamore FC 2008, 2009 Outstanding Soccer Achievement at her school. 2010 Ladies Footballer of the Year in school, 2011 Sports person of the Year in school.
John WalshManagerPrevious Club: Terenure FC. Set up and developed the Women's and Schoolgirls side at Terenure. Managing teams since age 17 from Schoolboys, Senior Men, Senior Women and Schoolgirls. First started out playing football at Benmadigan Utd (Drimnagh Celtic). A graduate of a number of Sports/Leisure College Courses (Inchicore College, UCD and DIT). Previously worked with the Volleyball Association of Ireland. A Supporter of Shamrock Rovers since 1997.
David BourkeGoalkeeping CoachPrevious Clubs: Terenure FC, St Kevins Boys, Broadford Rovers and Lissadell United Goalkeeper. Coaching for a number of years at Terenure FC and Broadford Rovers. Still plays for Broadford Rovers LSL side. A goalkeeper coach with a huge enthusiasm for developing young Keepers.
Kevin SheerinPhysioKevin joined Shamrock Rovers in October having qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Teesside University, after completing a 2 year Sport Therapy course at Crumlin College. Kevin has worked with football and rugby teams in the North East of England and Dublin, he also gained experience at the Spartan Mixed Martial Arts gym in Tallaght. Kevin is a Tallaght local.
Paddy HeffernanWomens Development / LiasonPaddy brings to the Club the most amount of experience in the Womens game. Having being involved with St Francis at the Champions League, his knowledge and expertise has really helped the Club develop the womens team.
