Team news ahead of Friday's game away to Drogheda United:

Rovers travel north this weekend to take on Drogheda United in the Airtricity League, Premier Division.

The Hoops will be seeking to build on Monday night's draw against Sligo Rovers in the game against Drogheda which has an 8pm kick-off on Friday night at Hunky Dory's Park.

Aaron Greene (knee) Graham Gartland (back) and Stephen O'Donnell (hamstring) are all out of the Hoops squad through injury, while Pat Sullivan (ankle) will be assessed before the game.

Commenting on the game, Hoops boss, Stephen Kenny said: "Drogheda have done very well this year. I'd say Mick Cooke is definitely the manager of the year this season, things are going terrific for them.

"But from our point of view, we have been tight defensively lately and that is a good platform for us to win games from. We have a few good away wins under our belts now and we are going into this game with the aim of getting another one. We know Drogheda will provide tough opposition for us, but a win is certainly our aim."
