Fixture confirmation of the EA Sports Cup Final at Tallaght Stadium on Sept 22nd. The 2012 EA SPORTS Cup Final between Shamrock Rovers and Drogheda United will take place on Saturday, 22nd September at Tallaght Stadium with a kick-off time of 5.45 pm. The match will be televised live by Setanta Sports. In the event of the scores being level after 90 minutes of play, then extra-time of 30 minutes duration will be played, followed by a penalty shoot-out, if required to determine the winners. The venue was confirmed after mutual agreement with both clubs. Ticket arrangements to be confirmed in due course.
Please note that as a result of Rovers progressing to the final, our Airtricity League Premier Division fixture away to St Patrick’s Athletic scheduled for Friday, September 21, will now take place on Tuesday, September 25. Share this article! |
