Gary Twigg and Mick Byrne showed their support for the Stadium to Stadium Walk at Milltown. Shamrock Rovers F.C. and the Shamrock Rovers Heritage Trust will mark the 25th anniversary of the last game at Glenmalure Park in Milltown with a Stadium to Stadium Walk in advance of Friday's Airtricity league game in Tallaght Stadium against Dundalk.

Shamrock Rovers F.C. played Sligo Rovers in the last game in Milltown on April 12th 1987. 25 years on, the club has made its new home in Tallaght Stadium and has enjoyed great success on and off the pitch in the period since 2009.
The walk starts at the Milltown monument at 5pm with a brief ceremony and then goes the 10km to Tallaght via Darty, Rathgar, Terenure, Templeogue & Spawell.
Supporters are encouraged to take part and can join the route at any stage.
