The squad heads off to Tel-Aviv this afternoon for the Europa League second qualifying round second leg tie against Bnei Yehuda FC. The tie is evenly balanced at 1-1 from the first leg in Tallaght.
Notice for travelling fans: Arrangements have been made to distribute match tickets for Rovers fans on Wednesday at Molly Blooms pub in Tel Aviv (2 Mendele St), directions and map here. Club officials will be there at 4pm local time with away tickets priced at €10. Share this article! |
Along with approximately 60 travelling fans, the trip to Israel is Rovers first European away match since Slovan Liberec in the Czech Republic in 2003 and everybody connected with Shamrock Rovers F.C. wishes them well and safe travel. Closer to matchday we will hopefully be able to confirm an online stream of the match for fans to view.
